We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a 30-Day Limited Warranty on eligible orders.

✅ Missing items or major leakage upon arrival
✅ Functional or quality concerns under normal use within 30 days of delivery

Note: For health & hygiene reasons, opened or used sachets/pouches that are not defective are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1️⃣ Document the issue
Take clear photos and a short video showing the problem (include package & shipping label).

2️⃣ Email us
Send all files and order details (name, order number, delivery date, concern) to:

3️⃣ Review time
Our team will review within 2–3 business days and confirm the next steps.

Replacements

✔ If approved, a free replacement will be shipped once the issue is verified.
✔ If the issue is our fault (wrong/defective item), replacement shipping is free.

Refunds

✔ Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
✔ For COD orders, refunds will be issued through GCash or bank transfer (we will request details securely via email).
✔ You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is released.

Shipping Costs

🚚 Our Fault (damaged/defective/incorrect item):
Modini covers all return or replacement shipping fees.

📦 Customer Change of Mind / No Issue Found:
Customer shoulders return shipping.
(Opened or used products may be denied for hygiene reasons.)
